Kevin Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer, Europe Middle East & Africa Region for COPC Inc.
Kevin has expertise in customer experience management and a successful track record of managing remote teams to deliver performance. He has been with COPC for over 14 years demonstrating the ability to support and develop client relationships.
Prior to joining COPC Inc., he was EMEA Performance Improvement manager for the global outsourcer Sitel with experience in creating and rolling ourainternal standard (GOS) based on the COPC Standard Release 3.2 in 52 locations. Previously, Kevin worked for 7 years at Clientlogic, working in multiple operational roles within the outsourcing operations support clients such as British Telecom. He has been a COPC Implementation Leader for over 23 years and delivered certification/recertification of sites in several countries.
