Abdul is a founder of a telecommunications company Primo Dialler, he has a wealth of experience in sales of tech solutions and running contact centres. His background allows him to resonate with call centre owners, understanding their issues and finding solutions that can work for them.

He graduated Coventry University in 2002 with a BA Hons in Law & Business. His first employment was for Natwest as Assistant Business Manager, where he learnt about many different types of businesses. Developing the bug, he started a call centre with his friend and current co-owner Mohammed Mashadi. Having run into expensive contact centre equipment, they saw an opportunity to develop a solution to combat this. They both joined Air 21 a telecoms company based in Birmingham.

Finally, they wanted to branch out and run things exactly how they wanted, forming Primo in 2015. The business has gone from strength-to-strength with Abdul taking on the role of Head of Sales. He has helped grow the business to over £2m annual revenue.
